- The handling time for individual bike components is one week.- For complete bicycles, the handling time is thre weeks unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

- All domestic shipments within Australia are dispatched from our headquarters in Western Australia (WA).

- We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

International Shipping:

- We offer international shipping to select countries.

- Shipping is free for bike frames and complete bicycles

- Shipping costs for other components will be calculated on our website

.- International shipments can originate from Australia, China, Taiwan, the United States, or Spain, depending on the product's origin and stock availability.

Customs and Duties:

- Tizona Bikes is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or any other charges incurred in the destination country.

- We strongly recommend checking with your country's import service before proceeding with your purchase. Any expenses resulting from customs returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.

- Tizona Bikes has no control over custom policies and charges.

Cancellation Policy:

- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, there will be no cancellation fee.

- If an item cannot be shipped to the destination country for any matter a full refund will be issued.

Returns and Exchanges:

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within a 30-day period.

- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
