WARRANTY

At Tizona Bikes, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer the following warranty terms to original owners:

Frame and Fork

  • Titanium frame: 50-year replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, impacts, misuse, or other damages not aligned with the safety standards.
  • Carbon fork: 7-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes damage caused by impacts, collisions, and misuse or any accidents outside the manufacturer’s standards.

The warranty does not cover surface finish, corrosion, scratches, or other cosmetic blemishes caused by wear and tear, exposure to environmental factors, or improper care.

Components

All components are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, outlined as follows:

  • Shimano: 3 years for Dura-Ace groupsets, 2 years for all other groupsets.
  • SRAM: 2-year warranty.
  • Campagnolo: 3-year warranty.
  • Tizona components: 2-year warranty, excluding wear parts like tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, rotors, etc. Wear parts come with a 30-day limited warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, improper maintenance, installation of aftermarket parts, accidents, abuse, or neglect. It is only applicable to the original owner and is non-transferable. When submitting a warranty claim, the bicycle must be inspected in an assembled condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. For online orders, the invoice will be sent to the email provided at checkout. In-store purchases will be provided with a printed receipt and/or an emailed invoice upon request.

How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [contact information]. You will be asked to provide details of the issue, photos of the product, and proof of purchase.
