How to Choose Your Bike Size

To ensure optimal comfort and performance, follow these steps to measure yourself for the correct bike size. Use a flexible measuring tape and take each measurement carefully.

    1. Height:

Stand against a wall with your feet together and back straight. Have someone measure from the floor to the top of your head. Make sure you're standing flat-footed. This will give a general idea of your bike frame size.

    2. Inseam:

Stand barefoot with your feet slightly apart. Place a book between your legs and push it up as far as comfortable, simulating the bike seat. Have someone measure from the top of the book to the floor. This measurement helps in determining your standover height, ensuring that you can comfortably straddle the bike.

    3. Arm Length:

Extend one arm outward, parallel to the floor. Measure from your collarbone (just above the shoulder) to the middle of your palm. This measurement helps in adjusting the reach to the handlebars for comfort.

    4. Torso Length:

Stand up straight and measure from the base of your neck (at the collarbone) to your groin. This helps in determining the bike's top tube length, making sure you have the right reach.

    5. Standover Height:

This is the distance from the ground to the top of the bike's top tube. Ensure you have at least 1-2 inches of clearance when standing over the top tube with both feet flat on the ground.
